Portiqo was born from a brokerage that knew there was a better way — and decided to build the platform themselves.

Our story

We lived the problem before we built the product.

Portiqo started inside a working brokerage. Our team was administering large multi-property books — manually reconciling spreadsheets, rebuilding schedules every renewal, and chasing endorsements across email threads.

We knew there had to be a better way. The off-the-shelf tools weren't built for the way master policies actually work, and the AMS systems treated multi-property books like an afterthought.

So we built it ourselves. Portiqo is the system we wished we had — designed from day one around the master policy, the schedule of locations, and the lifecycle events that define multi-property insurance.
